When will my order arrive?
We typically ship orders within 2-3 weeks. Sometimes faster! YAY! Around the holidays things get busy, so make sure you get your orders in early. We will always tell you the holiday cut off dates, so be sure to check those.
Why does processing take so long? Most of our products are handmade. Our team works hard to make sure that you get the highest quality, and sometimes that takes a little longer. We look everything over for perfection before sending it out.Yes, there are faster companies out there, but you won't get the same attention to detail and service that we can provide.
Can you do custom designs?
Yes, sometimes. That's the short answer. We are happy to talk to you about creating something custom for you, but keep in mind that we have busy times during the year where we may not be able to take on custom requests. Send us a quick email with what you are thinking and our team will let you know if it's something we can make happen for ya!
Can I get an update on my order?
You'll get an email once your shipping label has been created, and another when it ships. It will even have tracking on it. YAY!
Can I pay for expedited shipping/rush order?Not yet. That is on our to do list though. We hope to be able to provide that soon. In the meantime, make sure you get your holiday orders in early.
What are the washing instructions for your pillow covers?As a general rule of thumb we say to wash on cold in your washing machine, but line dry them, or lay them flat to dry. Your covers will stay perfect! You can also use a warm iron on them to press out any creases.
